#411 Death's Bliss

Inspired by the elaborate flavors of Deathless Food Truck, this is a sauce for the people. Curry salt-cured nectarines and ramp-salt brined chanterelle mushrooms come together to make a gorgeous canvas for a literal bucketload of peppers all the way up, down, and around the heat spectrum. Elegant and appealing on many levels.
